Fish Tacos
preparation: 20 min.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 thuna-steaks (or any firm fish fillet)
1 stalk celery
1 sour apple
4 lettuce leafs
1 tomato
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
½ tsp cumin powder
1 pinch garlic powder
4 tortillas
1 tbsp butter

Utensils:
sharp knife, small bowl, barbecue grill or frying pan
Directions:
In
a
small
bowl
combine
the
mayonnaise
with
mustard,
cumin
and
garlic.
Heat
he
butter
until
fluidy.
Clean
the
fish
and
pull
through
the
butter,
season
with
Marc’s
Taco
Spice
Mix
and
roast
in
the
butter
until
done
but
still
translucent
in
he
middle,
around
2
minutes
per
side.
Dice
the
celery
and
apple,
slice
the
tomato.
Heat
the
tortillas in a pan with no fat. Brush half the tortillas with the sauce and top with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, fish fillet, apple and celery.
Side Dishes:
salad, hot sauce, tortilla chips
